Very Satisfied. I bought a heavy duty truck about a month ago. This was the first used vehicle purchase I have done blind (all by text and phone call). Of course, I I bought a heavy duty truck about a month ago. This was the first used vehicle purchase I have done blind (all by text and phone call). Of course, I was apprehensive about buying through this method. Right out the gate, they offered me a fair deal on my trade-in; all based on pictures I had sent, through text message. After reaching what I considered a good deal, with the salesman, Jesse, I was transferred to Garrett, for financing discussion. It took a few hours, but he was able to beat what my local bank offered. After driving almost six hours, to trade vehicles, I was greeted by a friendly staff. I was disappointed in two things: The vehicle had been on the lot over a month and was in need of cleaning and there was only a quarter tank of fuel. However, I understand that I would have paid for these services, either way. With the price I paid and the trade money they offered (only haggled one side), I still came out ahead. EVERYTHING else was EXCELLENT. Garrett offered a fair price on an extended warranty, but I declined it. No muss or fuss, just sign the forms declining that purchase. Something I wasn't used to was they mailed the title and completed paperwork, instead of me leaving with it. This made me a bit nervous, but it arrived a few days later, in a nice packet, and everything checked out. At this point, I am only waiting on the finance company to send me the first bill (they have called me, but not mailed the first bill, which is due in two weeks). In the end, it was worth it to drive over 330 miles, each way, to make the deal. I will keep an eye on their inventory, if I need another vehicle. More
