sales consultant was great but We knew the exact vehicle we wanted and found it at Whitson-Morgan. My husband is a truckdriver and stopped to testdrive the car. Ellis Foster was t We knew the exact vehicle we wanted and found it at Whitson-Morgan. My husband is a truckdriver and stopped to testdrive the car. Ellis Foster was the sales consultant and he was suburb! He answered all his questions and was very cordial. The finance guy was also very helpful and obtained financing for our car. We drove from Oklahoma city to Clarksville to get the car and again everyone was very nice - especially Ellis Foster. The fiancé person was also very nice and efficient. He really pushed the extended warranty and altho it seemed pricey we agreed to purchase it. (It was almost like he knew we needed it.) On our way home we could smell burning oil. Since they had just changed it, we thought perhaps some had spilled on the engine. Spoke to Mr. Foster and he was very responsive. He stated we could either bring it back (300 miles 1 way) or he could set up for us to take it somewhere closer. He would speak to his supervisor and get back to us. It has been almost 2 months and we are still waiting for that call back. Currently our car is at a dealership in OKC needing a new rear main, power steering pump and other issues. The extended warranty will hopefully cover most but we will still have over $500 out of pocket . Altho the car had no warranty from the dealership, you would expect to get home with a vehicle without any problems. This was not an old junker vehicle. We were promised a free gift to write a review. Bet we don't get that! More
