Painless!! Great Experience!! I just purchased a used vehicle from Whitson-Morgan Ford that I found using Cars.com. I ventured to the dealer's website and used the chat feature to I just purchased a used vehicle from Whitson-Morgan Ford that I found using Cars.com. I ventured to the dealer's website and used the chat feature to start a conversation with Jonathon Morgan. After going back and forth, we swapped to text messaging and phone calls. I was located about 2 hours from the dealership and had time constraints that made it difficult to actually go into the dealership. Jonathon sent me multiple pics of the vehicle, including any flaws like a scratch on the hood. I sent him multiple pics of my vehicle as well and made sure to show him the flaws. They offered me an acceptable trade-in value for my truck, and a deal was made over the phone. Jonathan even offered to deliver the vehicle to me, so I pulled the trigger and made the verbal handshake over the phone (without even physically seeing the vehicle). Once the vehicle arrived, I looked it over, signed a few remaining papers, handed the driver a check and my old keys, and I was on my way with my new vehicle. Jonathon exhibited awesome and timely customer service. He has gained my trust, and I'll definitely recommend him and look to him as an option on my next purchase. I tend to purchase a new vehicle every year or two, and this experience was one of the best. Thanks Jonathon! More
