Outstanding Car Buying Experience One of the things my husband and I dread the most is having to buy a new vehicle. The haggling complete with the salesman running back and forth between the client and GM is exhausting and an unnecessary waste of everyone's time. So, when I totaled my Cadillac on May 29 I took to the internet to look for vehicles. Even though I had owned two Cadillac's previously, I wasn't dead set on buying one again due to rising costs. Still, I wanted a nice car without breaking the bank. I happen to come across a late model, low mileage, fully loaded Lincoln MKX on-line. The dealership was two hours away so I reached out to them online to inquire if the car was still available as well as mileage, and condition verification. Daniel Lemus immediately called me back. He answered all my questions and I agreed to make the drive up with my husband. The entire process was pleasant, painless, and professional. We left with our new car within an hour of arriving. The entire team at Whitson-Morgan was awesome from Daniel to the GM, and the F&I manager. We even discovered an issue with the car (still under warranty) and Daniel contacted a closer Lincoln dealership and scheduled an appointment for me to get it fixed.
