Amazing! One day I was driving my car and all of the sudden, the tranny went. I have only ever purchased Saturn's previously and had no clue what to even get. One day I was driving my car and all of the sudden, the tranny went. I have only ever purchased Saturn's previously and had no clue what to even get. I started looking and came to Whitmoyer where I met Brandon Thomas. I was nervous as I had my car since 2004 and wasn't sure of what get. My credit was not great and that worried me as well. Brandon helped me get into a 2011 Chevrolet Malibu that I absolutely love with a payment that I can live with. Brandon totally went above and beyond I feel and was treated so well. I actually had fun buying my car and I thank Brandon for the great care he takes with his customers. I felt comfortable with my decision and I have an amazing and very comfortable used car with a warranty to boot! Anyone looking to buy a car here at Whitmoyer, if you haven't, stop in and talk to them! You might just find yourself driving out with an amazing car at a good price and such a great experience while doing so. I know I did. Brandon took a very stressful time for me and made it a fun and exciting one. Thank you so much for all of your help Brandon!! More
New car purchase We bought a 2015 Ford Fusion Titanium Hybrid which we ordered through Mike Costa. We previously bought a 2010 ford Fusion Hybrid from Mike and he made We bought a 2015 Ford Fusion Titanium Hybrid which we ordered through Mike Costa. We previously bought a 2010 ford Fusion Hybrid from Mike and he made over 100 phone calls to find the exact car we wanted at that time. When we decided to get a new hybrid, I contacted several dealerships for pricing and we decided to go with Mike because we felt very comfortable with him. Mike shared a lot of insight for items we should consider in our decision making process to make sure we were making the right decision for us, and he kept us informed all along the way. When we picked the car up, Mike was on vacation and made sure Lance Patton had all the information and knew the background on our car. Lance was very patient and told us about the changes between our 2010 model and the 2015 and demonstrated everything we needed to know. The title prep was all completed before our arrival and the entire process was as smooth as we expected. I'd recommend this dealership to anyone, as we've never been disappointed with the information, treatment or results we received from them. More
I tried really hard to like this dealer as I own a classic ford mustang that I give the best maintenance possible and Whitmoyer location is pretty convenient for me but after the third attempt I just classic ford mustang that I give the best maintenance possible and Whitmoyer location is pretty convenient for me but after the third attempt I just gave up on it. The first time I took my car to this dealer I was following my Ford maintenance schedule to lubricate twice per year "all hinges, checks, latches and all outside key locks". So I went to this dealer and asked for that. When I picked up the car it was after hours and was too dark to check the job but the following day I realized they had done a terrible job. The door hinges were "lubricated" with something that sprayed some white grease all over the place. It was pretty messy. No lubrication whatsoever was done to the hood latch and hinges. I ended up using the extra grease stuck to the door sides to lubricate the hood hinges and latch myself. The second time I took my car to this dealer was because the passenger window was a bit loose and would roll up too high (so that the door would not shut, and the window will bulge out and not up where it should go when I shut the door). When I called the dealer, Ian said he had never heard of that before but he would check it (but when I called my former dealer in San Diego he said that was a very common problem with this model and even there was a service procedure from Ford about this). The service tech called me later and explained all that was needed to repair my window. It was a bit pricey but I was willing to pay for it only because I was told by the service tech that I would have a 12 month warranty on this job. When I picked up my car (again after hours) I checked the window and it was not loose anymore but still rolled up too high. I called the dealer again and they asked me to take the car back. Later on Ian called me and said the whole thing needed to be replaced and wanted roughly $400+ for that. I argued that this was under warranty but he never honored that and on top of that, they charged me almost $100 for the "diagnostic". What a rip off! I promised myself never to go back to that dealer, unfortunately when I got home I realized that the door panel had been put back incorrectly and was cracked in a corner as a result. So I had to go back and wait about 2 hours for them to attach it properly. Did they replaced my cracked panel or even apologize for it? Nah. Yes, people in this dealership are very nice and you get coffee and donuts while you wait. If all you need is a change of oil this dealer may work for you, but if you need anything more complex, save yourself some trouble and take your car to other dealership! Update: Whitmoyer Auto Group responded to my review (below) saying that I went back to the dealership and gave them a second chance but that is not true (though they did contact me). Be warned: A reply with lies tells you more about this dealer than my whole review above. More
