The vehicle was exactly as promised, even better than we hoped for. Our salesperson, Diana Wade was professional, knowledgeable, honest, respectful and caring. Terrific Customer Service? Oh, Yeah I recently purchased a used Jeep Wrangler from the Whitmoyer Auto Group. I paid what I considered a fair price, and received a fair price for my trade-in. Nick N., the sales pro really sold the Wrangler by taking me on a custom test drive set to my specifications. Nick is extremely knowledgeable, no-pressure, and a very nice guy. Here’s where the journey zigged left, zagged right, and then cruised straight home: After driving home, my copilot noticed a stone chip on the windshield. I figured it happened on the drive, as we heard a pebble or something hit the glass. I took the car to Safelite for repair, and they said a repair had already been attempted (apparently by the prior owner), and they couldn’t re-repair it. Nick brought the issue to the Sales Manager’s (Matt) attention. After seeing pictures, he had me bring the car in to have Whitmoyer’s glass contractors (Big Crack Autoglass) take a look. They confirmed Safelite’s diagnosis, and Matt had them replace the windshield. It’s extremely refreshing to have a business do the right thing with no fuss. THAT’s customer service, and why I recommend the Whitmoyer Auto Group. The Wrangler’s a blast to drive, too! More
