Bought a car here in Aug that came with a free oil change. I had dropped my car off the night before my service appointment. Before I exited my vehicle I made sure to reset the odometer and the turbo change. I had dropped my car off the night before my service appointment. Before I exited my vehicle I made sure to reset the odometer and the turbo boost gauge (which records how high my boost was run). They called me to pick up my vehicle, which I did. Upon entering and starting my vehicle I noticed my boost gauge was ramped up to 16.3 psi. Now, if you're not familiar with turbos and gauges, etc, this number is high. Also this means someone was driving it pretty hard to put out a reading that high. I called the next day (today) to see if they could give me a reasonable explanation. I reached the service (FORD) manager, and I proceed to ask him how my boost got so high. After sitting on hold for 4-5 mins he returns to the phone to tell me no one drove my car, and that it was just taken into the garage and pulled out. THIS IS IMPOSSIBLE! The ONLY way my gauge would've read that high is if someone was out putting some serious wear and tear on my vehicle!!!! The manager began to give me a serious attitude and basically told me he doesn't give a ***t if I leave a bad review, he also acted like I had ZERO CLUE about my vehicle. My suggestion is AVOID THIS PLACE at ALL costs. If you have a free oil change I would suggest not even redeeming it, just pay to have it done. I'd have to say I'm more frustrated that I was lied to then anything. AVOID GOING HERE. NOTHING BUT A HEADACHE!!!!
