Let me start by saying that the service department team, being so (Awesomely Professional),as in the many years of maintaining my car. I've had nothing whatsoever to complain about. Now,because of this I Have communicated with (Michael Patterson),Salesman extraordinaire at Whitmoyer Auto Group about a year ago . We met in passing from me picking up my car being serviced. I thought I would see if Mike had the same professional demeanor as the mechanics. Yes he had it. Mike impressed me then in his answering my questions. So much so,that I told him when I am ready I will come knocking on his door for a vehicle. Fast forward, about a year later after much research, I asked if he could help me out with a purchase of a new car. A car that Whitmoyer doesn't have on hand mind you. Again my instincts were correct. Mike Patterson and Matt Beaver went out on a limb,seriously, they found that one car I was set on. They made it happen for me. I am and will be grateful for this. I expected nothing less than, that Awesomely Professional, yet communicating in leman terms for me, to easily understand what was expected to happen on their end.
