Back in January 2014 I was put into contact with Matt Beaver (then the internet salesman) about getting a C7 Corvette order placed. Throughout the process he was great to work with and very up-front abo Beaver (then the internet salesman) about getting a C7 Corvette order placed. Long story short, he had my car courtesy delivered (I'm in TX) to my local Chevrolet dealership (who could not get me the car) in under 10 weeks start to finish (order - build - delivery)! Fast-forward to December 2020 and I decided it was finally time to get my C8 Corvette order in, and once again after speaking with a few local dealerships here in DFW, TX it became obvious who I needed to call to get the ball rolling without being yanked around. Luckily for me, Matt (now the general sales manager) answered my texts & calls right away and here we go again! The only difference is this time my wife & I have decided to fly out and pick the car up from Whitmoyer in person to meet Matt and his team for ourselves to put some faces to names and personally thanks him for all his extra efforts. I left my ford 150 for a oil and filter and when I went back and paid my bill and asked where my truck was the pointed to outside and when I found it there was a 2 inch wide black mess along the whole d back and paid my bill and asked where my truck was the pointed to outside and when I found it there was a 2 inch wide black mess along the whole drivers side of the truck at first I thought it was scratched buy it was Grease so did not go back to tell them and decided to just leave when I opened another present they left a dripping piece of paper on the floor of the truck so I left it on the ground so for me never again!! I drove from Bear Delaware to whitmoyer ford to test drive a 2016 ford f150 that I seen online , the truck looked nice so my wife and I decided to take the drive up there 1 hour or so. I was greeted by drive a 2016 ford f150 that I seen online , the truck looked nice so my wife and I decided to take the drive up there 1 hour or so. I was greeted by Eric who was nice so he got me the keys to take a test drive I left the dealership and down the road the truck stopped left me and my wife on the side of the road. I then called Eric who came and got us, I got my keys and left after receiving a phone call saying the truck needed a throttle body . I then ask what the deal would be on my trade. The manager Matt was stern to the point no difference on my trade or the truck that broke down, Anyway the management there sucks not professional at all I don't know if he makes commission or not . I know the dealership has to make money and that's fine but get someone in there that's fair and can deal with the public . I would never go back. More
