Whitesides will never touch my car again If I could give 0 stars I would. Ill never send my car to a “mechanic” who continues to tell me “nothing” is wrong with my car. When the cars dash is lighting up like crazy and it barley runs when it is first started. This place is a joke. The woman who I had talked to was completely rude to me from day 1 and had already made me feel very uncomfortable leaving my car there. I had to call them to get an update on my car, Other wise I didn’t hear from them for days. Also my mother in law had her oil changed in her brand new traverse. They didn’t fill it all the way to the fill line with oil. They were going to leave it low on oil!! i will be purchasing a new car elsewhere so I will never have to deal with Whitesides again. If you’ve had a good experience there you must be one of the select few who they decided to treat right to keep a “good rating” because everyone else I’ve talked to will not ever return and I will assure you NO ONE from my friends OR family will EVER purchase a car from them ever again. More

Car is fixed. Communication was nonexistent. Car was towed there. Transmission failure under warranty. I called gave information, was told would be looked at in a week, there were three cars ahead of me. I understood and though if it’s only a week I won’t even push the rental car issue. I called a week later and they acted like they didn’t know who I was or where my car was. Once it was located I was told there were three cars ahead of me(this was a week later) and they could not tell me a time frame could be another week or possibly a month. I assumed this responce was unacceptable. I asked about a rental and was told GM will not pay for it unless the vehicle is being worked on. I called GM customer care and they told them to put us in a rental car. We picked up the rental on a Wednesday night I asked again for a time frame, was told hopefully they get to it the next week. I then received a call Friday morning that our car was fixed. Over all it took a day short of two weeks, which is pretty good I would say. The problem is every time I called, I don’t recall ever waiting less than five minutes to speak to someone. Noone seemed to give a hoot about if it ever got worked on. The one and only time I received a call from whitesides was to say it was finished. Every other call was initiated by me. This could have been a fantastic experience, with zero blood pressure increase, but the lack of customer service ruined the entire process. It all seemed intentional I’m not sure if it was because the car wasn’t purchased there, but I felt like my repair was not wanted. I do think the trick is to force the rental car. More
Turbo Issues Overall you did what you need to do to fix my car and gave me a rental but I think the first day I brought my car in maybe I should have been taken se Overall you did what you need to do to fix my car and gave me a rental but I think the first day I brought my car in maybe I should have been taken serious about what my car was doing and acting sounding and maybe you all would have caught that my Turbo was going out but the next day tell me come get my car so I do that's on a Wednesday Thursday I drive back to St Clairsville for something and warning lights start horrible had to have it towed oil was leaking out the bottom and stuff they said was a a cracked gasket get my car back go home the next day starts running horrible again in white smoke pouring out the back park at a gas station called tow truck now I call you guys is rolling black smoke and barely even made it get over to Whitesides y'all give me a rental cuz it's close to 6 I just get the rental and leave you had my car for a month my Turbo exploded I feel like if you took me serious the first day that I told you and really check my car out maybe you would have caught what was really going on I don't know I feel like being female I just got overlooked that it was just something minor when it wasn't I owe lots of money for that car yes I have a warranty but you know that I just was I just was upset about the whole incident and then waiting a month because the part supposedly was on order and it wasn't coming wasn't coming I don't know and then when I go to pick my car up there's just one lady in their way back in the window I didn't have the proper paperwork I had I got her page she so here you could just have my paperwork I guess seriously I had no one to explain to me exactly what you did what what happened exactly I just have your all paperwork said it was an exploded Turbo yes I know people to come to you guys but I'm shaking my head I feel like being a woman I didn't why wasn't taken seriously More

oil Change I was greeted by someone saying that they would be right with me and I was. But struck me as them being bothered that I was there so late in the day. I had called about 2 hours earlier to say that I may not be able to make my appointment, but I did and arrived 10 minutes early. I was on my way home before 6, which was good. The floor and seat protection was left for me to dispose of. I did not like that or there should have been a trash can I could use. More
Regular service appointment. A BIG disappointment I had a long time established service appointment last Friday at 10 AM. I waited for an oil change and tire rotation service to be performed. I did not get out of the waiting area until 11:20 AM. After waiting I noticed none of my tires had been checked for air pressure. All 4 tires were 3 to 4 pounds underinflated (32 lbs normal) One tire registered 27 lbs. I checked my tire pressure to make sure what I was reading from dashboard about tire pressure was correct. Indeed, each tire pressure was low as indicated. I took the car to a near by gas station and filled each tire to the 32 lb pressure. I am concerned that all the checks that are to be made on a car are NOT being done. This is very concerning to me. More
