Had to have service check on low battery when door left open over night and interior lights on! My wife was able to call in the morning and the service dept. was able to squeeze us in to get checked prior open over night and interior lights on! My wife was able to call in the morning and the service dept. was able to squeeze us in to get checked prior to going away for the weekend. Luckily the battery just need recharging! First off I had put this service on my calendar but kept forgetting to call to set it up. I needed an oil change and recall for something odd like door latches. When I did call the oil life on my CRV was 5% and they worked very hard with me and my crazy schedule. The day of service came and I called to say I was running 30 minutes late-I was on way but please take someone in front of me-don't run behind all day because of this. They were so polite and told me not to worry (I was 42 minutes late). It wasn't just 1 person it was everyone. From the time I pulled into garage and was greeted, then they came out and seen I was carrying so much the service dept door was held open for me. While answering questions he suggested I go down the hall there were tables I could spread my stuff out if needed, there were electric outlets for me, coffee if needed and on..... While in this little room - just about everyone that came in to this little room spoke to me about everyday stuff-holidays, Thanksgiving, how I liked my new CRV..... It didn't take the full 2 hours as I thought it would!! See it is not just a "hi or hello" it is a standard of service. Thank you More
