I found the employees at Allan Nott to be friendly and informative. We took our van in for a recall repair and asked them to check an automatic door that was't working correctly. All desired service items were concisely and accurately listed. Consultation from Mr. Condin (as well as his checking back with Mr. Bill Clark) upon completing diagnostics was quite helpful in decision making for 12+ year old Honda Odyssey Van service requirements and work completion scope. Overall cost of service (as well as application of provided coupons) was clearly appreciated. Time for Saturday maintenance service on 2010 Honda CRV was excellent. All parties are to be commended for a very pleasant experience !!! More
Brett helped me when I came in did a wonderful job no complaints there. The service was fine and I have no complaints there. My problem is that while at the dealership I was asked to leave by Steve Wilso complaints there. The service was fine and I have no complaints there. My problem is that while at the dealership I was asked to leave by Steve Wilson, what kind of dealership asks a paying customer to leave other then wanting to throw his weight around. I am very disappointed in this experience. There are plenty of people out there who would be glad to have my buissness. I have bought six vehicles there since 2005 and do not know if I would buy another one there or even do service there again. This guy has a huge problem and needs to be dealt with. I have nothing against the service department but no need to go where you are treated as such. More

The service that I received was a tune-up. Although I know they would be just checking to see if there was anything wrong, I didn't realize how expensive it was going to be. It turned out to be $80 more expensive than they had told me it was going to be and the price was already up over $200, which I think is a little steep. Nice staff, comfortable wait, horrible price.
