The folks at Allan Nott Honda have been very forthcoming with us. When we purchased our vehicle last year, in June 2012, we could not afford the DVD player for our van. However, our salesperson, George Pu with us. When we purchased our vehicle last year, in June 2012, we could not afford the DVD player for our van. However, our salesperson, George Pulfer told us it could be added at a later date. Well, it has been almost a year and we called them and said we were ready to add it to our already awesome van. They scheduled us and got us in quickly and we had the van detailed and they arranged all of this. Plus I had two recalls they needed to check and oil - all of this was completed in a timely fashion and all the members checked above were helpful in this process. Thanks so much. I had my Odyssey in for some warranty work. Scheduling was easy and everyone I worked was very helpful. The only reason I rated overall experience a 4 instead of 5 is that I had to contact Honda corporat was easy and everyone I worked was very helpful. The only reason I rated overall experience a 4 instead of 5 is that I had to contact Honda corporate to get a rental car included (warranty work scheduled to take 2 days). After contacting Honda corporate, the dealer called and covered the rental car. I think this issue was caused more by Honda corporate and not the dealer. Everything worked out well in the end. More
We have had the car serviced twice since we bought it. The staff is very friendly to us. They showed us around, offered refreshments, and were very helpful. The only complaint we have is both times after we left there was a very bad, strong odor in the car, and we had to drive with the windows open to try and air it out. The service I receive at this dealership has been good down to the friendliness of staff but the wait time and one issue I had with change in my car makes me a little on edge regarding their values.
