I made an appointment to get an oil change and rotate tires on 08/01/2013 at 10:00. I arrived and the service department was very busy. It wasn't long and they took my information. I was told there was coffee if I would like and it would take around 45 minutes. I had other appointments that day so I was encouraged that it would not take long, but had settled in the waiting area thinking with all these people here it was probably going to be longer. Wait was not too long - they have a nice area where my kids could play while we waited. My only complaint is they told me my car was done and it actually wasn't. Without exception, A. Nott employees are clear in accomodating and explaining service needs. I like the follow-up calls, making sure that I am satisfied with the service. Also, on this day, Eric Martin took me on a test-drive with Toyota Venza. He also fielded follow-up calls regarding gas mileage on the Venza on other Toyota models. This time next year, I will be in the market for a new Toyota, and Eric was extremely helpful in assisting my decision. More
The service courtesy was ok, but not as good as Jessica Randall. The guy actually seemed kind of nervous. It looks like you might be training some new guys. It was obvious that the service advisor that I was speaking with was relatively new on the job, however he was extremely eager to please. He also had help from coworkers/supervisors when needed. I had to have both of our vehicles serviced one day after the other on the week of my vacation and the service department was very accommodating and efficient. It was also nice to see the salesman who sold us both of the vehicles and he remembered our names even though our last purchase was in 2010! I would recommend Brian Barhorst to anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle and Keaton Meadows to anyone requiring service. More
07/22/2013 we took our 2012 Honda Accord to the dealership because the Navi System quit working. The screen said Unable to read DVD. Contact your dealer. I read the manual, which said to take the DVD out and put it back in to see if that, would correct the problem. It did not correct the problem. When we arrived at the dealership I spoke with Miles Mellano, told him what the screen said. He went out to the car came back in and asked where we were watching DVD’s and where the player was and if it was installed by us. I told him we do not watch DVD’s and it was factory installed. I had to show him where the DVD play was in the trunk and how to open it. I told him the player was extremely hot to the touch when I went to open it and do what the manual said. The service department could not find anything wrong with it so my husband asked Mellano what we were to do if the car caught fire. His respond was to “Jump Out”. He treated us as if we were morons from the time he first opened his mouth then the Jump Out really topped it off. More
We had to get our air cabin filter replaced. Allan Nott is always friendly and has a warm welcoming environment. We bring our daughter and they things for children to do.
