I gave this high rating because work was done as requested and completed in less than 1 hr. Service checkin and waiting area were clean and inviting. I will hesitate to complete a future survey because I have had to edit this comments section 3 times because apparently I have not answered the "Why" requirement satisfactorily. Almost everyone at Allan Nott is awesome. I bought my car from John Gould. He is amazing, friendly, thorough, and accomodates the customer's needs! I always tell people about John Gould. I got my 2010 Civic serviced for TPMS light ON problem. Turns out that one of the 4 sensors was bad and it had to be replaced. The service itself was done very well and the folks at the check-in/check-out desk were very friendly. I was disappointed with the amount they charged for the service. When I called with the issue on the Honda they were able to get it in the next day and then once there they were early to take it back and found the issue right away. Miles even said he could fix it today to get it in the next day and then once there they were early to take it back and found the issue right away. Miles even said he could fix it today even though it would take 3 to 4 hours. He was able to set up a ride home and we picked it up later that day. The dealership was very professional in the explanation of the problem and prompt. I am not much of a person the wait so this dealership is GREAT!@ More
Our Honda Odyssee van had some issues with the back hatch not working properly. The service department diagnosed the problem, order the part, and replaced it under our warranty with no hassle whatsoever. The not working properly. In response to a recall notice, I took my Honda fit to Allan Nott Honda. I arrived two hours earlier than my appointment time, but my car was accepted immediately. The gentleman in the service dept that talked to me was friendly and helpful. He knew my Camry maintenance history, what needed to be done, what was to be watched, and what service could wait until later. friendly and helpful. I can trust him and know he will not suggest maintenance that is unecessay, something important to me as a female.
