Everyone is so nice and attentive. When I was waiting for a shuttle ride, both round tables were full and I was standing in my heels waiting and was getting fatigued and someone must have noticed and the for a shuttle ride, both round tables were full and I was standing in my heels waiting and was getting fatigued and someone must have noticed and they directed me to another room with additional seating. I was very greatful. She also said they would come get me when the shuttle arrived. The shuttle service is a wonderful service, and the drivers are so kind. More

My car battery died. I called in a panic as it was nearly 5:50 p.m. Jessica told me if I could get there by 6:00 they could get me a new battery. I was able to have a coworker jump start the car and was able 5:50 p.m. Jessica told me if I could get there by 6:00 they could get me a new battery. I was able to have a coworker jump start the car and was able to get to the dealership by 5:50 p.m. They got me right in and installed a new battery in less than 20 minutes! Jessica and Andrew were fabulous, very friendly and helpful even though it was the end of the day and they certainly wanted to go home. More
I did not have an appointment for service, but was planning on picking up a new car. While I was there, the service dept. checked my tire pressure alerts and found and repaired a hole in the tire. I wanted to take a moment to share a very positive expericence with the Allan Knott dealership in Lima, OH. I stopped to have my climate control knob looked at, as it had "punched all the way back in expericence with the Allan Knott dealership in Lima, OH. I stopped to have my climate control knob looked at, as it had "punched all the way back into the dash" so I could not adjust my heat:( at -3'). Jeff looked at it, and then Larry stopped out to look at it. Although a part had to be ordered to fix it, they got it back in position temporarily, so I could have heat during this Artic Clipper. They were very pleasant and went above and beyond, which is not something I get to experience very often. (Also, Larry was on his lunch break and came out to look during his break). The mirror on the driver's side had been broken when we pulled our 2013 Toyota Sienna into our garage. At the last service (oil change, etc.) we received a quote for replacement. Have always had excellent service at Allen Nott. Keaton Meadows was especially friendly and answered all of our questions. The fresh coffee available while I waited was also appreciated. When I enteredd the building I was immediatly greeted by the service agent who welcomed me in to get started. I was treated very kindly.
