Normal Service I recently called the dealership for a service appointment and was pleased to get the time that I requested within the same week. I was greeted by nam I recently called the dealership for a service appointment and was pleased to get the time that I requested within the same week. I was greeted by name when I went to see the service writer, Jeff and was told the time would be about an hour. Left my Rav and went home. Jeff called about 1/2 hour later and explained that my front brakes were pretty worn and while I go a bit longer his recommendation was to replace the brake lining which I did. Jeff then gave me the new time for pickup and did call when the service was completed (in the time frame given). Got a complete review of all work done, current status and what might need to be done in the future by Jeff. Great Service. More

Service for my 2014 Tundra Had a new mirror put in and some new keys cut for my Tundra. I was greeted and walked in to the service counter and offered a drink. He was knowledgeable, understanding and unbelievable accommodating. He actually cared about giving me quality service in a timely fashion. He established rapport easily. Outstanding employee! Had a difficult to diagnosis problem with vehicle 4 months ago and the service advisor I had (Jeff Sousa) was unbelievably patient, understanding and Had a difficult to diagnosis problem with vehicle 4 months ago and the service advisor I had (Jeff Sousa) was unbelievably patient, understanding and in the "customer's corner". He took a genuine interest and time with my problem as I noted he did with all customers with which he worked. On another visit for routine maintenance, I worked with a different service advisor (no complaints about him), but again noted how on task and attentive Jeff was. Today, my visit was to have an ordered piece installed. Jeff gave me his attention as soon as I entered. I received the same courtesy as before and continue to feel he goes above and beyond what is necessary to do his job. He is a fine representative of what all employees that work with the public should be - friendly, attentive, resourceful, respectful (of customers and of fellow employees) and an extremely hard worker.
