Staff are friendly & always make me feel my car is in good hands. They do only the work I ask, but always note & let me know what things to keep an eye on. I really appreciate the "no pressure" approach. Love the choice in three waiting areas (kids, tv or quiet) & how my service advisor, Mr. Demond Johnson, kept me posted on the progress of my car. I was pleasantly surprised with the experience & would recommend your service center without hesitation! More

Several times one of the service consultants stopped by the waiting room to see if anyone needed anything. They got me in quickly and got me out in time to go to work even though what we thought they would have to do and what they actually had to do were very different. This is the first time I've had something done other than an oil change or tire rotation and I'm highly pleased. Would recommend to anyone. More

Felt welcome, even 5 minutes before closing Last night, my wife and I picked up our CRV after some routine maintenance, and Demond Johnson, assistant service manager, took care of us. Even thou Last night, my wife and I picked up our CRV after some routine maintenance, and Demond Johnson, assistant service manager, took care of us. Even though we showed up right before closing, he didn't try to rush the explanation of service, and made us feel like he appreciated our business. Nothing over the top, just good, quality service. Employees like Demond will keep people coming back. More

The door into the service department was opened for me, people greeted me warmly, and I didn't have to wait to be served. I was then told where the waiting room was and shown where the free coffee and fruit bar were. The waiting room was comfortable with a big-screen TV (it must have been at least 60-in.) and the remote control was where I could adjust the volume and change the channel---I was the only person in there at the time.. The service person (I think his name is Cody) then told me what was found during my car's inspection. No problems were found! My car was ready a short time later. I had a $10 off coupon which made my total experience even better. More

They even helped me switch over two car seats into a rental car and were ready to help in any way they could. More

Great place for getting a car and car detailing They go about a whole two liter of soda out of my carpets and the cat hair too. It looks like when I picked it up and drove it off of their lot :) onl They go about a whole two liter of soda out of my carpets and the cat hair too. It looks like when I picked it up and drove it off of their lot :) only one day for a full detail and the price is very nice too. Very impressed!
