Service of vehicle I always receive excellent service, but this time was even higher than my expectations. Leeland Lauray worked me in to the service schedule on the morning of December 31, 2015 to fix a problem I had encountered with my vehicle. Later that afternoon, around 4:00P.M., I returned with new car problems, not the fault of Allan Nott Toyota, but a new problem. Leeland allowed me to leave my car there and set me up with a rental car. He then scheduled my car in on Saturday, January 2, 2016 and called me to describe what needed fixed and that he would have to order the part. He then called me on Tuesday, January 5, 2016 and let me know that the service staff had fixed the new problem after receiving a new alternator and allowed me to pick up my car that same day the alternator was received. Kudos to Leeland and the service staff for the quick, professional, courteous diagnosis and fix of mt vehicle! More

Great Service I was immediately greeted when I pulled into the bay for service. I took my car in for a recall on my window switch. I was originally told it would take 1 3/4 hrs to complete when I made my appointment. I was prepared to stay while it was being completed. I was advised upon arrival that it would only be about 45 minutes and I was pleasantly surprised....both at the news and the fact that it happened just that way. I was in and out and the experience was great. I appreciate it all and giving me back part of my busy day!! More

While at the dealership getting this repaired, I asked the service advisor, Rob Ward, about another issue I was having. He took time to drive the vehicle, acknowledged the problem and spoke with a service technician. We have to take the vehicle back for repair, but we were assured the issue will be corrected under warranty. While my wife was waiting, she had a question about her CRV. Ray James, a Sales person, was walking through the service department so she asked him her question. He was incredibly helpful and took all the time needed to get the answer to the question. Mr. James also took the time to help us sync our phone when we stopped by after our CRV purchase. Sales and Service teams are top notch! More

Horrible Service The service department told me my van had a recall so I brought it in to them. It turns out my van didn't qualify for the recall. So they called me The service department told me my van had a recall so I brought it in to them. It turns out my van didn't qualify for the recall. So they called me up and said my van was done and I owed $104.00 for a diagnostic charge. Totally dishonest. They didn't even bother to offer to fix the problem I was having with the van. All they did was shut off the check engine light and to me to bring it back in if it came on again. Had they had any customer service skills what so ever they would have explained why my van wasn't part of the recall and offered to go ahead and fix the problem at their normal service charge, not charge me $104.00 for nothing. More
