They welcomed me, took the necessary information, offered coffee and fresh fruit, and told me where the waiting room was located. One service man came and told me my car was almost ready and shortly thereafter came for me when the service was completed. All the check up items were explained to me and I was escorted to my car. Outstanding Service! I recently had my 55,000 service performed in the Toyota Service Center. The service department performed the routine checks and informed me that I wa I recently had my 55,000 service performed in the Toyota Service Center. The service department performed the routine checks and informed me that I was in desperate need of new tires. When I told them I wouldn't be able to get them that day they rotated the front tires to the back due to the wear so if something did happen with the worn tire it would be less likely to cause an accident. 50,000 Mile Service I bought and have had all the service on my 2014 Toyota Camry done here. The service employees are great! They always offer drinks and snacks while we I bought and have had all the service on my 2014 Toyota Camry done here. The service employees are great! They always offer drinks and snacks while we wait and someone typically stops in the waiting area to check on you while you wait to see if there is anything they can get you. They also are very detailed on going over your inspection with you and if something is not necessary they don't do it like some places will just to get your money. I will continue to get my Camry serviced at Allan Nott! More

Outstanding Customer Service While driving north from Anderson, SC to Whitehouse, OH, I tried to dodge a boulder in the middle of a split (under repair) lane of I-75 and veered i While driving north from Anderson, SC to Whitehouse, OH, I tried to dodge a boulder in the middle of a split (under repair) lane of I-75 and veered into the median which was extremely wet. The hood of my car sank into the mud up to its hood. After a 1 and 1/2 hour ordeal, I was pulled out and taken by wrecker to Allan Nott Toyota. After waiting for the dealership to open, I met Cody Thunberg who did his best to get the car drive-able and back on the road as soon as possible. No where in a dealership have I felt so comforted and cared for (and I am from a state known for hospitality). Nearly everyone in the dealership offered to assist me with warmth, food, service and comfort. Even the dealership receptionist and office personnel were extremely nice and helpful. Cody managed to get the car running so that I could complete my trip and return home. Upon arrival home, the insurance declared my vehicle a total loss, but that did not detract from the best care possible in a sad situation. Thanks to all the Allan Nott personnel, especially Cody!!!!! More
