Not recommending this dealership due to service department Just had my 2009 Prius serviced & oil change done on Monday. I asked that the latch on the trunk of my sedan be checked because the rubber surface was Just had my 2009 Prius serviced & oil change done on Monday. I asked that the latch on the trunk of my sedan be checked because the rubber surface was gooey & leaving a black residue on my fingers. There were 2 screws where it was attached & it looked like an easy part fix. The past few visits I have felt like I was being part of a high pressure sales campaign by the service department. I felt like the service area had a daily quota to be met. I am always asked about changing cabin & engine air filters which really do not need to be changed that often!! I also was asked about changing my brake linings. Because of my suspicions about whether they were really needed at this time, I took my car to a local independent auto mechanic to evaluate. He stated that this service was not necessary at this time. The part that really upsets me is that the issue with the latch was never taken care of or discussed with me when the car was finished. I had to call them the next day to get an answer which involved a $279 fix!! I told the attendant that was outrageous & hung up. I have really lost all my faith & trust in this service department. With this experience, it is very questionable that I will return to this dealership for future service work or even future car purchases. More

I had my son take my car in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I spoke to the service agent before the payment was registered to confirm the service that was performed and any other items that should be considered. I told the service agent that my son has a coupon. When my son return he said he gave the service agent the coupon, but the service agent already entered the payment so it was not honored. I have not had my vehicle serviced without some incident for the last several times. I have taken my vehicle to Allan Nott Toyota since I purchased my 2012 Camry, but my loyalty has reached its limits. More
Oil change and recall I love bringing my car to Allan Nott. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. They treat you like family. It's nice to know your vehicle is in good hands. My grandparents bought the car up there(before they passed away) and rolled it off the show room floor, so now I have it. It's just something kinda special to keep it coming up there because my grandparents picked it out. More

I had the opportunity to have another family vehicle serviced at a different dealership. There was a big difference between the two dealerships. At Allan Nott I felt like I was treated like a member of the family. The service rep explained everything to me clearly, At the other dealership I was greeted with, "Are you SURE you have an appointment today?" And I gave them my cell phone number and they still called the number they had on file. My family has transitioned to Toyota's - we now have 3. Can't wait to get another one and be a 100% Toyota family!! =) More

Thank you for your business. They call with questions, get your approval if something new pops up, and will prioritize what has to be done if you can't do everything at once . They make the Dept great. I showed my bill to 2 different people who are "Motörhead " & they felt the labor price was standard going rates & parts at what they cost.
