Won't back the customer. Not honest. I have a 2015 Accord with a vibration in the cvt transmission. The transmission has to be replaced and can not be repaired at a cost to the customer o I have a 2015 Accord with a vibration in the cvt transmission. The transmission has to be replaced and can not be repaired at a cost to the customer of about $5000. The service to the transmission are more frequent and more expensive. After a year Allan Nott finally got the regional service manager to look at my car and stated the vibration was a normal characteristic of the cvt and would do nothing to repair it. Allan Nott said that they weren't going to take a loss on my behalf and wished me luck. Anyone wanting to purchase a new Accord should look to another dealership and go straight to the service manager at the dealership and tell him my story. More

Car Repair Needed on Trip Home to Atlanta Thanks extended to Tom Pseekos and Brett Condon for the terrific way they handled our car repair needs. We were on our way home to Atlanta driving do Thanks extended to Tom Pseekos and Brett Condon for the terrific way they handled our car repair needs. We were on our way home to Atlanta driving down I-75 just north of Lima Ohio when the engine service light appeared on the dash, joined by a considerable loss of power to the vehicle (Odyssey). This occurred in the early evening on Friday and the dealership service area had closed. Tom guided us to the dealership for repairs to commence first thing in the morning, provided us with a temporary rental car and as well directed us to a local hotel for the evening stay. Brett took car of things thereafter and commenced a quick repair of the van first thing in the morning. We were back on our way before 10:30am.
