Worst experience ever and it got worse after I left. When I got home from my 3 hr oil change- tire rotation my right front wheel cover was missing, xxxxxxxx! I am waiting for replacement. Great Service Department! I took my car in for repair. We were shown so much respect and were informed of every thing being done. Excellent sales experience We had always gone to Marion, ohio to by Toyota vehicles. Not anymore thanks to Ben Rees. We had our 2015 Highlander in for normal service and while waiting was looking at the new 2019 Highlander Limited. Well Ben Rees gave us such a great deal with no pressure we bought it. Out of towners My husband and I had stopped for lunch on our way to Cincinnati. Upon returning to the car, it wouldn't start. My Honda is only three years old. We My husband and I had stopped for lunch on our way to Cincinnati. Upon returning to the car, it wouldn't start. My Honda is only three years old. We called our dealer in Toledo and AAA. Since the tow truck driver didn't know what the problem was, we had it towed to the nearest car dealer - ALLAN Nott in Lima - 30 miles away. Knowing nothing about the dealership, we were very nervous about the quality of care we would receive as "Out of Towners" without an appointment. The entire staff couldn't have been nicer. Everyone was very friendly and kind. They allowed our dog into the waiting area. Jessica Randall kept us informed of the progress. Jeff, the service manager, followed through with us once the car was ready to go. Everyone was sympathetic to our situation and worked to complete the job in a timely manner. THANK YOU!!! More
6 MO ISSUE RESOLVED After body repairs at a local shop due to an accident and several attempts to find the cause, a 6 month noise/safety issue was resolved by efforts of After body repairs at a local shop due to an accident and several attempts to find the cause, a 6 month noise/safety issue was resolved by efforts of Tony Buttitta going above and beyond the normal limits of a service consultant. We were very frustrated with the ominous sounding noise and the stance by both the body shop and the dealership that the other should be responsible. Tony convinced the manager at Alan Nott to put in on a lift and look at it. A loose bolt was found immediately and tightened. We have not had the issue since. He is the caliber of employee that should inspire others to do more than just the requirements of their job. We appreciate his efforts and are now very happy customers. More

What can they make worst. I purchased a new HRV ay the end of December of 2017. Took it in for first Maintance and oil change I was told and shown my cabin air filter was torn I purchased a new HRV ay the end of December of 2017. Took it in for first Maintance and oil change I was told and shown my cabin air filter was torn and needed replaced. The car had 5000 miles on it and I never removed it, how did it get torn. I know they wanted to charge me $50.00 to replace, remember the car had 5000 miles on it. Second time it was in for oil change they cleaned the car out and they scratched the instrument panel the car had 10000 miles. They said they would pay for repairs now their will not. Not happy with Allan Nott. The last honda I purchase from the Findley dealer had no problems. Every time I go to Allan Nott there seems to be a problem. Thursday they changed oil and I took a 400 mile trip keep hearing rattle. I look to find that hood had not been latch. This is not good service. Robert McPheron More
