I took my Toyota 4-Runner in for service bc service light was on. Cracked Manifold. Ugggg It took longer than expected bc it’s a 2007 4-Runner (I bought from them) and some bolts were rusted on. My Toyota I4-Runner has been a great vehicle and have had no issues with it. When I came to pick it up they had it detailed inside and out. That is great Customer Service. When I buy a new 4 Runner, I will buy it from them and I will have them service it. Highly Recommend More
My daughter went to have her transmission fluid changed. She also told supervisor Steve that she wanted the filter changed ( she had a photo and part number). He told her it was fake and didn't exist, then She also told supervisor Steve that she wanted the filter changed ( she had a photo and part number). He told her it was fake and didn't exist, then continued to treat her horrible! She also had 1 hood latch broke and told him to be careful. Ole Steve broke her other latch and stuck her hood in her backseat!! Telling her they were both already broke( which is a lie!) Gave her a bill for $ 133 and sent her on her way with her hood in her backsest! The Manager Dan isn't any better when it comes to customer service! He claims they are not liable!! So she should expect this kind of service and be ok with it? No no no!! Mr White should know what kind of unprofessional people he has working for him. I will never recommend this place to anyone!! If anything, I urge people to NOT GO THERE!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE! They should be ashamed taking advantage of a young lady! More

Like a ghost town. I will be putting this review every where I can and letting all my friends and family know how you do business..parts fake you have got to be joking..do better hire real mechanics.. More
We have purchased numerous vehicles from them over the years. Recently we had a maintenance issue with our 2018 CR-V that was technically out of warranty. Due to the fact that the car had low miles and we years. Recently we had a maintenance issue with our 2018 CR-V that was technically out of warranty. Due to the fact that the car had low miles and we had a long history with them they covered most of the cost. They didn’t have to do it but they did. I know my wife and really appreciated it nor will we forget it. In fact we are looking to purchase a new Passport. More

Quality service with but one exception. Small puddle (5 inch diameter) of oil on my garage floor. Drain plug seemed to be the source, as a one third turn tightening has thus far stopped it.
