Ben is a wealth of information when it comes to Hondas and his professionalism made us welcome at the dealership which in turn allowed us to purchase a Pilot. We just happened to be visiting Lima and drov and his professionalism made us welcome at the dealership which in turn allowed us to purchase a Pilot. Service people are not honest. Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. They showed me a metal oil filter housing. I knew mine was plastic. Didn't even do the tire rotation.
