Hi! My husband and I purchased our first Toyota from White's back in June. They found EXACTLY what I was looking for, a Toyota Tacoma TRD OFF ROAD PRO, b My husband and I purchased our first Toyota from White's back in June. They found EXACTLY what I was looking for, a Toyota Tacoma TRD OFF ROAD PRO, blacked TF out. She has everything I wanted from side steps to taneu cover. Perfection. The purchase process was easy with our associate, Jeremy Reznik, who made everything run smooth. He was eager to find the truck I wanted - found it - and made her mine within a week. Jeremy kept full contact thru the looking process, purchase process, setting up my poly steel appointments, scheduling oil changes, etc. My truck did have a missing badge on one of the rims - and Jeremy has stayed on top of it, since it is back ordered, and has made sure we know it hasn't been forgotten by the dealership. He has been amazing to work with. We did have a few instances where we had to travel to the dealership needlessly, and they made sure to fill up the gas tank to make up for it. We did find that our spare key had been given to us without an actual key in the fob, so the dealership contacted a lock smith and had us keys made at no cost to us. While I'm sure they can't provide all of these things to everyone, they sure have provided an exceptional experience for my husband and I. I am in love with my truck and I am so grateful for the purchasing experience with Whites! More
