Ty was very up-front with me and was willing (with his manager) to offer me a cash price for the Civic whether I bought a new car or not. My Toyota FJ Cruiser is the second vehicle we've purchased from Alan Nott. Ty knows that great customer service is what keeps people coming back and he went above and beyond to prove to us that Alan Nott is where we should be when considering buying a new or used vehicle. If it had not been for Ty I don't think that the sale would have been made. Ty was extremely knowledgable about the FJ Cruiser and has been available to answer any and all questions we may have since the purchase. We have recommended several people who are in the car buying market to check out Alan Nott but most of all to look up Ty. His customer service is outstanding.
