I able to test drive as many cars as I wanted. I ended up purchasing a new Honda Fit Sport. My experience was so great that my sister drove from Columbus (2 hour drive) to work with Adam on purchasing her Honda Odyssey! More

We bought our first Honda at Allan Nott in 1991 and on December 8th 2012 bought our fifth. That should tell you something about our loyaly to Allan Nott. In addition we have made many service trips to Lima for all the cars purchased at Allan Nott. Our salesperson this time was Mark Youngpeter and he was outstanding. Friendly; knowledge about the new civic was top notch; and helping after the purchase with a few loose ends was more than could be expected. We have and will continue to recommend Allan Nott to friends and family. The only concern I have is the Ziebart service we purchased. The cost had gone up from when we purchased our 04 Odyssey so we were hesitate this time. However, after hearing the first three years of service on the clear coat, rustproofing, and fabric protection were free, we decided to pay the extra money. When we picked the Civic up I noticed there was nothing in the Ziebart agreement regarding the first three years, so I call Zebart in Lima to inquire. I was told the fabric protection was not covered during the first three years and that service on the fabric would run about 70 to 80 dollars extra when we came in for our inspection. Just wish I had been told that was not covered. So now we will have to decide about that when we come in for inspection. More

I walked onto the lot at Allan Nott not knowing what kind of car I wanted. Tom asked me a few questions and had me test drive a few cars.
