I walked toward the building and there was Adam Cox...ready to answer any questions I had. There was no pressure, but he was so friendly (not fake) and he took me through the process...running a carfax, per my request. I called my husband and told him I found a car. He was elated! By the time he came out I practically had the keys in my hand. Adam just made it all so easy. So when we decided to purchase a 2012 AWD, we went to see Adam. Again, he answered all our questions and made the process quick and enjoyable. I still have my Solara. I love the car. My only complaint with Toyota - not Allan Nott or Adam- is they no longer make the Solara. Bring it back, please.
