My wife and I were looking for our first new car, but wanted to make sure we chose one that fit the profile we had in mind. Adam listened and offered suggestions in a calm, polite way. We test drove a few cars and Adam asked questions and answered our questions. He was never pushy and helped us find the car that we were looking for, which turned out to be a Honda Civic Hybrid. A year or so later we returned to buy another car and asked Adam to help locate a Honda Fit Sport. It took a few days and searches across a few states, but with help from others at Allan Nott, Adam was able to find the car that we wanted in the color that we wanted. Adam is very helpful, knowledgeable and gives great customer service. He has promptly answered questions on a few occasions and we recommend him highly. I would also like to mention a few others who have been helpful. Steve Kowalski was also great when we filed the documents to make the purchases of our vehicles. We have our cars serviced at Allan Nott. Jessica Randall and Brett Condon do a great job coordinating the service work that we have done. Additionally, the guys who do the service do a great job. My wife and I came to Allan Nott in 2008 to look for a more reliable car, we met Jeff Warrington and we loved working with him. We had a baby in those three years and our Civic got too small so I had been chatting with Jeff via email about possibly upgrading to a bigger car and so he crunched some numbers. We came in late on a Friday night and Jeff Warrington and Tod Ruble talked to us about leasing and made us feel so comfortable with it since we hadn't had someone explain it to us before. We got the monthly payment down to what we could afford. So we ended up buying a 2011 CR-V and love it. Jeff is so friendly and just explains everything to you like it should be. We love Allan Nott because everyone is so nice, friendly, and family oriented atmosphere. If anyone is in the market for a Honda I would recommend Allan Nott to anyone and to talk to Jeff Warrington. My family and I moved to Columbus in the spring of 2012 and was in the market for a new SUV in July. We visited dealers in Columbus, but couldn't get any of them to work with us on the price and the type and was in the market for a new SUV in July. This was our first experience shopping outside of the Lima area and it will be our last. We were able to work with Brian and Tod to get the deal done over the phone and to work within our schedule. I ended up picking the vehicle up at the dealership, signing all of the necessary paperwork, and driving away in less than 30 minutes. Mark Youngpeter is the only saleman I have dealt with and I have purchased 4 Hondas over the years. He is not only friendly but honest and a straight shooter.
