She provided excellent customer service and delivered exactly what we asked for, a 2012, Crimson, Toyota Highlander with the bells and whistles necessary to help our family of four commute on the daily basis and provide comfort and peach on those oh, so important(and now enjoyable)long car rides. Before traveling to NC for vacation, we had our vehicle serviced for the first time. Again there was prompt service at the counter, we were provided taxi service to the mall, and notified when our vehicle was ready. Finally, I recently called to request all weather mats. Although I had to leave a message, Lisa returned my call, ordered what I needed and even saved me a 70 mile round trip to the dealership by offering to have them shipped directly to me.
