Loved the service all around. Karen got me in the door on my purchase last year by helping me decide on a model, options, etc and John worked with me on finalizing pricing and handling my trade in. The sales transaction was completed on my schedule not the sales reps' schedule. Sales experience was not aggressive and pushy like you receive at some places. Vehicle was exactly as we agreed upon. As a longtime Honda owner, this vehicle is one of my favorites. Since I have taken possession of the vehicle Andy has been great in the service area of seeing that I receive the proper service. Absolutely love the drop off procedure for service, with email reminders, a free shuttle to my work. A consumer couldn't ask for much more from a dealership. Keep it up! No need to shop around anymore when I want my next Honda. Thank you. I would have to say that initially what pulled me into the dealership on this purchase was the email correspondence with Karen. I had inquired with multiple dealers, Karen was the only one to reply that was helpful. I would say that she built a relationship with me through the process rather than just trying to sell me a car. She asked the right questions to understand my interests and then gave me some options. More

In late 2011 we dealt with numerous people at Allan Nott including Mark Youngpeter/Tod Ruble on the "sales" side and Adam Cahill on the "paperwork signing" side. They made the car buying process, which is usually a pain, very easy. They acted like real people and not car salesman. During the process of selecting a vehicle, we spent a few days back and forth to the dealership to finally decide on the vehicle we wanted. We never felt rushed or felt any "high pressure". Since we have purchased the vehicle, we have had it in for routine service such as oil changes etc. During these visits, everybody at Allan Nott goes above and beyond in regards to customer service. They are also very "kid friendly". On many visits we have had our two young sons with us and the entire staff treats them great. They treat them like their own kids. Mark Youngpeter and the entire staff we dealt with was, and has continued to be, a step above the rest. More
In July we purchased the first Prius Plug-In sold in Ohio from Allan Nott's dealership. We had been anticipating this purchase for almost a year. During that wait time we got to know Brian Barhost well. He was always anxious to answer our questions. Unfortu-nately, we were involved in an accident Aug. 30 and our car was declared a loss. We immediately contacted Brian to see if he could get us another Plug-In since we had such a good experience with him from our first transaction. Within two weeks of the declara-tion of loss by our insurance company they had us another Prius Plug-In. We really ap-preciate the employee attitude atmosphere at Allan Nott's dealership. It is obvious the customer's satisfaction if their number one priority. More
