Tom listened closely to us when we expressed what we needed from a vehicle and was very patient explaining the features of the Fit. He even helped load our 2 bicycles through the rear hatch to ensure they could be transported w/out removing the front wheels. Our sales price was reasonable and he arranged delivery without delay. He contacted us approximately 2 weeks after purchase for appropriate follow up. We make a point to stop and see him when we have our vehicle in for service.
