My Pilot needed a 100,000 mile service. After just about every belt, fluid and plug was replaced as part of routine service, I whole-heartedly appreciated the detail service that was added in. I retired a year ago and am excited to travel as well as have some new experiences! I did some research and consulted Consumer Reports....I decided on the Camry Hybrid. I was familiar with the Allan Nott dealership as I had a CRV and an Accord many years ago. I filled out the questionnaire online, was contacted by Brian Barhorst and made an appointment to come and test drive the Camry. Wow!!! I expected a high pressure fast talking "used car salesman" approach but experienced a very professional, informative and helpful individual who wanted to make sure I got the vehicle that fit my needs! Mark Youngpeter (Our Salesman) took us out for a test drive and answered all of our questions. We test drove a Pilot at least fourty-five minutes. After getting back, we were set on getting one. Mark worked hard for us to get a good trade in value for our car and a good price for our Pilot. Bob White Sr. talked to us and kept us entertained while Mark was trying to get us taken care of through out our buying process. We had a vibration on the rear passanger side wheel after leaving their facility in a differant Pilot than we drove. We would have turned around and went right back but we were there after hours finishing up our business. Jessica Randall (Service Manager) on the Monday after ,assured us they would get it taken care of. It did take a couple of days to get the problem taken care of after first balancing the tires which helped some, then replacing the tires with another new set of which took care of our problem. Also want to Thank I think Greg is the mechanics name for staying calm with us and taking care of us and taking the time to ride with me to hear about our concerns with our vehicle. Also, a big Thanks to Jessica for getting a rental car for us to borrow and not rent in our time without our vehicle so soon. Steve Kowalski (Finance Manager) has answered all of our questions and made sure we understood what was going on before we left and a couple of calls since then. Last thing, Mark wanted to know how things were going with our vibration until we were satisfied with the end result. I can honestly say that I can not remeber anyone or any company working this hard not to only sell their products and themselves and showing it the whole time and did not show signs of misleading us at all. We experienced Allan Nott dealership in 2005 when we purchased our new Honda. A year later we were back to purchase our new Honda CRV. With teenagers and driving, we felt great giving our daughter the purchased our new Honda. A year later we were back to purchase our new Honda CRV. With teenagers and driving, we felt great giving our daughter the 05 Honda Civic and decided to purchase another Honda Civic in 2012. Recently, my daughter totaled our 05 Civic and we were left to shop for a used car to replace. Not feeling good about used cars, as we have always bought new, we decided to look into the possibility of purchasing a new vehicle. With the expertise of Adam & Josh, we decided to make the purchase of a New Toyota RAV4. We are very pleased with every experience at Allan Nott...they go above and beyond making the car buying experience a most pleasurable one! Definately will continue shopping at Allan Nott! More

Lisa was great, the service was great. Initially, the bluetooth on the stereo did not work, but I came in the following week and it was replaced. Now it works great. I am very happy with the car (except bluetooth on the stereo did not work, but I came in the following week and it was replaced. Now it works great. I am very happy with the car (except for the reflection off of the left hand display which makes it impossible to see the time or gas gauge - but this is a car design flaw and not a problem with the dealership.) Lisa was such a pleasure to work with and the service department is awesome. Very happy with them all and would definitely refer others to their dealership. More

My recent service experience was very good; the news i got was not so much. A vibration when I drove my CR-V brought me into the dealership. The diagnosis was that I needed a new drive shaft. With 260,000 got was not so much. A vibration when I drove my CR-V brought me into the dealership. The diagnosis was that I needed a new drive shaft. With 260,000+ miles on the vehicle, it wasn't totally unexpected...just bad timing for my finances.(And my first CR-V had 380,000+ miles on it (with no service issues) when I sold it, so I was spoiled) The Customer Service Man was very pleasant and while he was a bit unexperienced, was very accomodating and helpful. The folks in the waiting area were asked nearly every 10 minutes if we needed beverages or anything and that was very thoughtful. My options were explained, decisions were made and I made another appointment for a week later to install a new driveshaft. Our last 2 of 3 vehicles were purchased at Allan Nott and we plan to make our next 2 purchases there as well. More
We leased a 2013 Corolla, Ty was provided excellent service, he came to our home to complete the paper work as I couldn't go to the dealership for medical reasons. We purchased a 2011 Camry from Tom a few years ago. The fact we went back to Tom for another car speaks for itself. He does everything he can do to get us in the car we are choosing.
