This year marks the 30th year I have been a customer of this Dealership and I have been extremely pleased for all 30 of them! My wife recently traded her 2014 Odyssey for a 2016 Odyssey and I must highly commend Mr. Jon Cox. I was a little apprehensive as I had dealt with Tom Pseekos for several years and was very happy with him. But I was very pleased that he got his recent promotion. Within minutes of meeting Mr. Cox, all concerns were gone. He was knowledgeable of all the aspects of the deal and very easy to talk to and work with. He listened, thought about the question and answered it in a way that anyone would understand it. Every aspect of this deal was carried out to the letter and at no time did I feel that I should get this in writing! I asked him how he liked working at Allan Nott and his answer was exactly what I would expect. He said, "I work for a Dealer with proven integrity and I sell a quality product that people want to buy. What more could a Salesman ask for?" This positive attitude shines thru all he does. Then there is Bob White. Bob is the absolute epitome of Customer Relations Manager. The ever present smile, the calling you by name, the experience that has no peers in the Car Business. His ability to understand the entire spectrum of human emotions and deal effectively with them make him an invaluable employee. Purchased a van in 2009 (serviced there), went back to negotiate on an SUV, was assured they gave us the most for the 2009 which was in exceptional condition. The next day it was listed not for the 12,900 or 13,900 Tom said was the MOST he could ask for it. Instead it was listed for $16,000 and stated to be a superb vehicle. NO CUSTOMER LOYALTY! More
