Service and Damage Estimate I had my car in for routine service and a damage estimate from a blown semi tire flying up and hitting the front of my car. (I do not like sales people that have to go back and forth asking their manager!) Financial - very knowledgeable and explained all facets of paper work in easy to understand language Caitland Burden - went over features of car - was excellent and very patient in explaining what I had time to go over; I was short on time to go over all of it so went over most important to me. She invited me to come back any time to go over any and or all other features. I could have bought the car at a closer dealership but one of my sons recommended Allan Nott Honda's sales and service - I understand why now! More

They got us back on the road! A problem wth the air conditioner caused the car to overheat while we were driving north on I-75 south of Lima, Ohio. We called Allan Nott Honda Toyo A problem wth the air conditioner caused the car to overheat while we were driving north on I-75 south of Lima, Ohio. We called Allan Nott Honda Toyota and talked with Brett, who said, "Ask for Brett when you get here." At that point we didn't know what was causing the car to overheat. The car was towed to the dealership. Brett worked us into the schedule, with only a short wait. After a mechanic looked at the car and diagnosed the problem, Brett explained the problem and outlined the options in a very professional and courteous manner. Fortunately, we didn't need to replace the air conditioner and within 3 hours we were back on the road. The waiting area was very comfortable and all staff were very friendly. Thank you to Brett and the rest of the staff at Allan Nott. I wish I had the name of the mechanic who did the actual repair work on the car! More
