We bought a 2016 Honda HR-V from this dealership. There was two that we were looking at that were in Ohio. Since we live so far away we wanted to fall in agreement with the price before we made the drive. We really liked the car but it was also a little to much money above our pay limit. Our sales representatives Dylan Legge talked to us and dropped the price to our budget more and also offered to give the car full gas tank and my car (2007 Mercedes C-Class) as well. When we got to the dealership the car was washed and detailed and clean. We test drove it and we liked the car overall. We didnt like that it had rock chips of paint on the hood. When we went inside, Dylan worked with us even more he knocked an additional $100 off the car, he also threw in a free truck cover for the suv, and free touch up paint which was delivered to my house a week later. When we were about to leave we were satisfied with everything Dylan had done for us. He was about to fill up my car with gas but realized that they dont have premium fuel at the dealership so he went inside and came back with a Visa $50 giftcard for my car gas and some food. That was really nice of him to do. We have bought many cars before new and used and I do have to say Dylan was the best sales rep we have ever dealt with. He really cared about us and put himself in our shoes of driving there and back of 3 hours just to get the cars and he made sure that our trip didnt go to waste and not get the car. We love the car we drove it last weekend to Traverse City. very clean certified honda fully loaded with all the features they offer. If I ever want to get a honda in the future or someone I will refer them to Dylan because he is a man of his word. Most sales reps just fill you up with lies and try to persuade and push you to buy the car, but Dylan did not. More
