I explained what I wanted and they met my request. They were way low on initial trade in, but after explaining that they contacted me and they wanted my car, they came up where I thought it should be. Krista was very nice and friendly. The dealer had to find the exact car I wanted and it only took a few days. From initial visit to delivery of car was 1 week. Josh in finance was very helpful in getting my payment even lower than originally quoted. Did not try to sell me any extra features at all, which is very unusual these days and much appreciated. More

not the service that I normally get I have been a customer at Allan Nott for about 7 years. Their service is usually good but my experience with them on Monday November 27th was a very d I have been a customer at Allan Nott for about 7 years. Their service is usually good but my experience with them on Monday November 27th was a very disappointing. My van was due for an oil change and tire rotation which was told 45 minutes. I arrived by 10:50 my appointment was at 11. I walked out of there at 12:45. They did apologize several times but by that time I don't want to hear that anymore. 2 hours is a lot of time to be there for something routine. They charged me $60 for this service then turned around and sent me an email 2 days later for a coupon that expires in a month for an oil change (24.99) and tire rotation (9.99) almost half of what I paid. Why didn't they offer that rate at the time of my service and make things right for the amount of time spent waiting????? More
