Sam Delgado doesn't know how to make a deal, he just knows the retail price. When I first called him about the car I was looking for. I told him I would give $10,000 plus my car for a 2024 new Camry L knows the retail price. When I first called him about the car I was looking for. I told him I would give $10,000 plus my car for a 2024 new Camry LE which I gave him the details. He came back with $23,000 and my car, lol, lol. So, Tom got the car for me for $10,100 plus my car, deal done. The one quality he does have is "smooth", which would explain why people over pay him for vehicles. More
