They often say one thing and do another. Would try to go to a different Honda service center. We are unfortunately dealing with them again. Did not change our fog light but charged $57 for it. Asked service manager about our back passenger door catching and if it was an issue with the sensor or a safety feature. He didn’t know and didn’t take the time to find out and explain. Thankfully I ran into a service tech when we drove the car back in the bay to show them the fog light wasn’t fixed. He answered my question immediately after I told him the model year. Frustrating that it would have been that easy for the service manager to find out that information and pass it along, especially after we chatted about it for 10 minutes on his follow up call with the estimate.
