Master Tech, Eric, provided professional service on my preventative maintenance and resolved a sluggish smokey performance issue that he diag always. Master Tech, Eric, provided professional service on my preventative maintenance and resolved a sluggish smokey performance issue that he diagnosed as a plugged EGR valve. I didn't realize how sluggish the 6.0 Power Stroke had deteriorated until aI got it back, plenty of power now. As always, they provided professional service in the friendly White's Family way. Just got my truck back after being in shop because engine light came on for the second time. First time after being fixed , went a few days and maybe a hundred miles and engine light appeared again.
