10/10 would not recommend this dealership - wish I could give zero stars. They will sell you a certified pre-owned vehicle and then you discover the issues after the sale. I just found the 4th issue with th give zero stars. They will sell you a certified pre-owned vehicle and then you discover the issues after the sale. I just found the 4th issue with this vehicle and when I call Griffen Nelson at White's, I get the usual platitudes 'you didn't buy the extended warranty' and 'you signed off on the inspection checklist'. And when I finally get a copy of the inspection checklist, this latest issue was not even inspected! And one item they supposedly did inspect on the inspection checklist, I had to replace shortly after I got the vehicle. Not to mention Griffen needs to do better homework on the vehicles he sells. He didn't give me nearly enough $ to replace the cracked windshield the vehicle already had as he said the vehicle did not have rain sensing. These types of windshields are expensive due to the additional cost of to recalibrate it and the cost was more than what he gave me for the replacement. This dealership takes no responsibility and accountability for issues that should have been caught in inspecting the vehicle. Save yourself a trip and avoid this dealership. And White's, do better, be better. More

I would not recommend these people to anybody. The Portfolio warranty they give you on a used vehicle isn't worth the paper it's wrote on. I will never buy a vehicle from them again!!! Dissatisfaction at its finest Spencer was an amazing person to work with. He did good by me. My problem is this...I didn't even have the vehicle I bought for a week before breaki Spencer was an amazing person to work with. He did good by me. I let Spencer know and he talked to his boss for me (awesome job to Spencer for the time and above and beyond efforts). Got a call from his boss that said the best he could do me was the part and labor for their costs. Ultimately the issue was the alternator. Wouldn't you know that the alternator was bad when you had to put a new battery in it? Or when you put it on your diagnostics machine? So here I am a single mother and spent money out of my pocket for a car that I got to drive for 5 days and it is now broken down with no way to fix it unless I come up with $850 estimated at the least. I am speechless. More
