I had my oil changed a few days ago. A friend took it and picked it up for me so today is the first day I saw it. 2 issues. First is the door lock tab is now broken. Possibly because someone put their body weight on it entering or exiting the vehicle. 2nd, there was quite a lot oil or grease on my center arm rest, several large smudges. First time I’ve ever had bad service. I bought my 2017 new at this dealership and I don’t let anyone else work on it. I came in for oil change, tire rotation and wiper refills. I arrived I bought my 2017 new at this dealership and I don’t let anyone else work on it. I came in for oil change, tire rotation and wiper refills. I arrived 5 minutes early for my pre-scheduled appointment. It was nearly 30 minutes later when I finally received the text that my car was in for service. A lady came in 30 minutes after I did and the girl from service went over her car with her while I still sat waiting. As she left the room, I asked for an update on my car and she said she’d check. 1 hour and 45 minutes after my appointment time, I went back to the service desk and explained I had a medical appointment and I really needed to get going. She wasn’t friendly, she said it was almost ready and I told her they didn’t need to wash it just to save time. My car was ready 5-10 minutes later. I pulled out of the garage and they didn’t do the multipoint inspection like they usually do and they didn’t reset the oil life percentage. I halfway wonder if they even did the oil change or tire rotation. I can tell I have wiper refills. I went back in, she said they are short 2 techs and asked if i could come back after my medical appointment. I said I would, but I was exhausted and I didn’t go back. My husband said he can reset the oil life. Very disappointing visit to the dealership. I bought my car here because I can have it serviced here! More
