They waited to tell me my first free oil change was going to cost me $125.00 for rear differential fluid with only 5000 miles. It took 7 hours for what was quoted as a 3 hour job. Received an oil change among other services (recalls inspection) my van was not washed, nor were other fluids topped off. Great service department. I took my pilot in for an oil change, I thought it was time for one. The service department, quickly, called me and said my oil usage was at 40% an I took my pilot in for an oil change, I thought it was time for one. The service department, quickly, called me and said my oil usage was at 40% and there was no need for me to pay for an oil change when it wasn't necessary. I call that excellent service. More
