It started on the phone inquiring about a pre-owned 2015 Honda Pilot. Dylan Otaro answered my questions and even sent photos. Everything was fine until I asked if they would hold it until the next day as I had to drive 75 miles to get there, they said no. Dylan let me know it was still there at the end of the day, so I drove the 75 miles the next day and arrived just before 9 am to take a look. Everyone seemed polite, Dylan was not there so Tyrese Tucker showed me the Pilot which was very dirty inside and let me test it. Michael Irwin looked at my CRV and gave me a trade in price of $6000. which I thought was fair. The asking price of the pilot was $20,980. the difference with the trade in was $14,980. before taxes and fees. I asked if there was any negotiating room there and Mr Irwin said no way, we only mark up cars $500 dollars, he was there to move cars not to make a lot of money. Plus they are putting $2000 into the pilot with new tires, alignment, battery and cleaning. In all my years of owning cars I've never known of four tires, alignment and battery to cost $2000. Anyway I accepted what he said and signed the papers and gave him a check which completely depleted my savings account. All this took maybe a half hour. Then today I noticed my CRV trade in was listed for $11,900, a bit over the $500 dollars. Michael Irwin said he marked up used cars. He blatantly lied to me so he could get a better commission. I'm almost 75 years old and drove all the way from Paducah, emptied my savings to purchase what will most likely be my last car. I just don't understand why once the papers were signed it would take almost 7 hours to actually be able to drive off the lot. I do like the Pilot but I don't think I actually got a fair deal. Also, I would say most everyone was polite, they even offered me water a snack, but knowing I was without transportation, not once did anyone think to offer to pick up lunch for me or to take me so I could get something. Your customer relations/service and integrity training needs a refresher course. More

It's really hard for me to accept what boils down to changing the spark plugs in my car cost $1400. That is nothing short of robbery. I know it was more than changing the spark plugs, but really, that w changing the spark plugs in my car cost $1400. That is nothing short of robbery. I know it was more than changing the spark plugs, but really, that was the bottom line. I'm a slow learner I guess. Soon after I bought this car in 2010 (my 4th Odyssey) I found that Sisk was trying to scam people into unneeded work. That was 14 years ago. I'll remember it this time. I won't be back. More
