Was told I needed a recommended schedule Maintence to drain my brake fluid on 2024 Honda Accord Hybrid with 10,000 miles on it. I scheduled it and then checked my owners manual. No where did it list this drain my brake fluid on 2024 Honda Accord Hybrid with 10,000 miles on it. I scheduled it and then checked my owners manual. No where did it list this is recommended. Therefore I called other Honda dealers and it was advised no, this is not due until 30,000 miles and I should only need to change oil and rotate tires at this low miles , unless there is an issue. I canceled the appt , but felt I was being taken advantage of. I had a great experience buying the car at White’s auto mall but the service dept left a bad taste. More

In this instance it was my daughter who personally interacted with the staff. She has done this the last two times. And each time she has been very pleased with her times.
