They waited to tell me my first free oil change was going to cost me $125.00 for rear differential fluid with only 5000 miles. And would not call Honda and ask about premature codes coming up on my pilot. So to cost me $125.00 for rear differential fluid with only 5000 miles. They checked it and said everything was fine. Whites Honda tried to sell me something I did not need. More

It took 7 hours for what was quoted as a 3 hour job. Received an oil change among other services (recalls inspection) my van was not washed, nor were other fluids topped off.
