Service Rep Tim Jones at Sisk made this as painless as possible. He's now going to be my "go to" guy from now on. He not only was familiar with the process, he was familiar with my Jeep! Chrysler warranty on the problem was great. No argument. Replaced 6 rocker arms and the cam shaft...peace of mind that the bare minimum wasn't done but the whole issue was taken care of! I'm satisfied! I also went ahead and replaced the plugs, since most of the same parts need to be removed to access the plugs coils...that was a little more expensive than I had hoped, but they saved the plugs for me to see I had made the right decision. More

Excellent service I took my 300c which was having a stalling issue. They took it in as soon as I dropped it off and in less than 3 hours they find out what the issue wa I took my 300c which was having a stalling issue. They took it in as soon as I dropped it off and in less than 3 hours they find out what the issue was. Within a week my car was ready and completely fixed. I had an amazing experienced here. I had taken my car to the dealership up in Clarksville twice and they did nothing other than stress me out. I highly recommend having your car checked here, won’t be disappointed. More
