Madeline was caring and helpful, overall a great customer service professional. The fifth star would have been given if my daughter and I hadn't stood at the service bay, unrecognized until Madeline arrived. service professional. The overall service experience was on pare with service at most dealerships. Watch out for the automated door on the service bay - there were other cars in there and when I pulled in as far as possible the at most dealerships. Watch out for the automated door on the service bay - there were other cars in there and when I pulled in as far as possible the door came down on my truck bed. Thankfully no damage was done, but it was a heck of a way to start a customer experience. Get a door sensor! More

Why did I even pay for the warranty? Having to jump through hoops just so the same issue doesn't reoccur. Cost me $1,000 to replace the RF module. Warranty wouldn't cover it. Now I've been told me lifetime warranty expired. Also the RF module went out due to a leak in the back window. Why would the manufacturer put it there in the first place? Also have to replace the back window to fix the leak. Which I am jumping through good with the insurance to have it replaced. More
