Excellent service I took my 300c which was having a stalling issue. They took it in as soon as I dropped it off and in less than 3 hours they find out what the issue wa I took my 300c which was having a stalling issue. They took it in as soon as I dropped it off and in less than 3 hours they find out what the issue was. Within a week my car was ready and completely fixed. I had an amazing experienced here. I had taken my car to the dealership up in Clarksville twice and they did nothing other than stress me out. I highly recommend having your car checked here, won’t be disappointed. More
Very poor communication effort by service department. Poor communication with the customer sitting in the customer lounge is very unprofessional for an otherwise good service department. I know nothing will be done to reconcile this but felt it was important to share my experience with others who ask me about my experience with Sisk Auto service. More

Next day issue repaired and very professional attitues. I cannot believe this part was made so cheaply and will eventually break again. You would think since it’s a Jeep brand, that all parts would be quality. I think this panel should have been recalled long ago More

The work performed included scheduled maintenance on my 2013 Honda Fit Sport, an airbag replacement due to recall; oil, transmission fluids, all filters, brake fluids flush and change, wheel alignment & mount and balance of new tires (purchased separately) and a rear windshield wiper insert. I have nothing but good to say about the quality of the work performed by their Honda certified mechanic. Awesome work. The only reason they didn’t get 5 stars is because the price was stiff at over a $1000, with $785.00 of it being labor alone. Here’s a clue: go to O’Reilly’s in Hopkinsville to get all your wiper blades changed out. They’ll install them for free in 2 minutes flat, and you won’t pay $10 for labor for a certified Honda tech at the Sisk service center to do one blade on your back window. All in all, just be more careful than I was about making sure you know all the costs in advance. I’m sure mechanics deserve more than they get paid. Like I said, Monica and the Mechanic were awesome and did a great job. Just be aware the dealership charges a pretty proud price for labor at roughly over $195 an hour ($785.00 for labor performed between 8:30a appointment time and the invoice run at 12:48p). More
